These Terms & Conditions apply to programs offered by Nox Metals Inc. ("Nox," "we," or "us"). Quotes and orders are also governed by the terms stated on each quote and order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
SMS Terms
Program. Nox Metals Inc. sends operational text-message alerts, such as notices that a customer order needs material purchased, to Nox Metals employees who opt in. Participants opt in when their mobile number is added and text alerts are turned on for them in Nox Metals' internal systems.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with order activity.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Nox Metals Inc. does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's rates apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to turn off text alerts at any time.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email privacy@noxmetals.co.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
